It's hard to see much in the way of a difference between the two directors. Sullivan relies more on POV suspense with the monster instead of plastic rubber suited people on film. This does make for more interesting viewing but that's undermined by long walking scenes. The dialogue in this is more interesting than what you'd get from a typical Buchanan film but maybe that's not saying too much.
