If you got click on Skyrim from the home screen and click manage game, you need to delete all the reserved space. Be aware this will delete all installed mods so you’ll have to re-mod. Then do a hard reset. Before starting Skyrim, make sure there is nothing to be deleted from the first step. Now try modding .
